BID group believes that training staff maximises potential. We are pleased to confirm that two engineers have now secured an NVQ2 in door systems. This qualification recognises competence in installing, servicing, and maintaining door and shutter systems. BID is adamant in training and developing all its employees. We ensure proper training at the start of employment, and during. By implementing training schemes, productivity and morale has increased. On an annual basis, the company reviews a training plan detailing who is trained, trainers, timescales, costs, and how company objectives can be met. Furthermore, individual training is up for request and will be considered in line with BID's aims. All training is monitored, reviewed, and evaluated after training is completed. Training is integral to BID group and we hope to continue with these schemes.
